About the coach
My name is Chika, I have been a yoga teacher for 4 years now. I found yoga from YouTube in Pandemic era. I practiced everyday online and brought me to my first 200hrs yoga teacher certification in 2021 + 100hrs in the same year. Since then I have the honor to teach in Makassar, Jakarta, Bogor and Bali. Right now I just finished my 300hrs course in November 2024.
My practice has been the best part of my everyday life, it brings focus, mental health, good energy and compassion.
