MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES
- Membership
Application: Prospective members must complete an application and may be subject to a review process.
Fees: Membership fees are outlined in the fee schedule and are subject to change.
Renewal: Membership is renewable mpnthly, subject to payment of the renewal fee.
Termination: The Club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these rules or conduct unbecoming of a member.
- Club Access and Facilities
Guests: Members may bring guests to the Club, subject to guest fees and policies.
Reservations: Certain facilities (e.g., spa, private events) may require reservations.
- Conduct and Behavior
Safety: Members must follow all safety rules and regulations when using Club facilities.
Noise: Members must be mindful of noise levels, especially in shared spaces.
Prohibited Activities: The following are strictly prohibited:- Illegal activities
- Discrimination or harassment
- Damage to Club property
- Disruptive behavior
- Food & Beverage
- Liability
Injuries: Members use Club facilities at their own risk. The Club is not liable for injuries sustained unless caused by the Club’s negligence.
6. Activities and Events
6.1 Scheduling: The club will provide a calendar of activities and events. Members are encouraged to participate and may be required to register in advance for certain events.
6.2 Fees: Some activities and events may require an additional fee. Members will be notified of any costs in advance.
6.3 Behavior: Members must behave appropriately during all club activities and events. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and further disciplinary action.
